JOB DESCRIPTION

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understand client goals and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide reports and insights to clients.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling.
• Handle client feedback, concerns, and escalations professionally.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager, or similar role.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
