JOB DESCRIPTION

• Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee performance management and employee evaluations.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Organize training, employee engagement, and wellness programs.
• Maintain HR records and manage confidential employee data.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Professional certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is a plus.
